Pikes Peak Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. peeled and sliced apples
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 jiggers Amaretto (optional)
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Place apples in an 8 to 10-inch pie pan.
    In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Cover apples with topping and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
