Pork Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork shoulder, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (13 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    In skillet, brown pork in oil; drain fat.
    Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender.
    Transfer to slow cooker. Combine mushrooms, bouillon, dill weed and pepper.
    Add 1 cup water.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and cook on low heat setting for 10 hours.
