Chili(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 cans rinsed kidney beans
    2 cans tomatoes, crushed
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can tomato juice
    chili powder to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown turkey and onion, then drain.
    Mix all other ingredients and meat mixture together and simmer until ready to serve.
    Using turkey makes it low in fat.
