Burger Of The Day - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small red onion, diced
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    salt and black pepper to taste
    4 hamburger buns or deli rolls
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except rolls. Mix well.
    Form
    into
    4
    burgers
    and\tgrill over medium fire until done to your liking, about 3 minutes per side for medium rare. During
    last
    30 seconds of cooking, place the rolls on the grill, inner
    side
    down,
    to
    toast.
    Remove burgers and rolls from grill and serve with your choice of accompaniments.
