Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 stick margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with butter; mix all ingredients together and place in dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
