Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large mushrooms (white and firm)
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. chopped black olives
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    chopped onions (optional)
    flaked crab (optional)
    cream cheese (optional)
    cooked ground beef (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and remove stems of mushrooms.
    Scrape out some of the meat making a hollowed out shell.
    Put all of the mushroom stems and meat in the Cuisinart, adding bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and black olives.
    Add enough mayonnaise to make the mix stick together.
    Stuff each mushroom with a mounded teaspoonful of the mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels and serve hot or cold.
