Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cubed
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c.melted margarine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and layer on a jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once.
    Makes a good crisp potato.
