Beer Batter Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. fish fillets
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    1/3 c. Bisquick
    1/2 can beer or more
    salt to taste
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until the consistency of batter, adding more beer, if needed.
    Marinate 2 to 3 pounds fish fillets in lemon juice for 2 hours.
    Dip in batter and fry in 1-inch of hot oil until crispy brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
