Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. stock or water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    other spices to taste
    4 Tbsp. flour
    sugar
Preparation
    Fry meat with onion in small amount olive oil.
    Drain.
    Then add tomatoes, salt and pepper and any other spices.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Add tomato paste and stock.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Add small handful sugar.
    Mix flour with small amount water; add to thicken sauce.
