Different Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, boned and drained
    2 whole beaten eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Drop from teaspoon into deep hot fat.
    Turn once; remove and drain.
    If you want larger croquettes, drop from a tablespoon. These are good hot or cold.
