Good Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. celery
1/3 c. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk (plus or minus)
2 cans drained tuna
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 jar pimientos
1 1/2 c. dried curly noodles or macaroni, cooked, drained and rinsed
salt and pepper
1 small can English peas *
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in small amount of oil.
Add soup and milk.
Heat until smooth, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Place in casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Spread crushed potato chips on top.
Serve. Delicious!
