Danish Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs, one at a time.
Alternate flour and baking powder together.
Add 1/2 flour and 1/2 milk, beat well and repeat.
Fill muffin forms 3/4 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes on middle rack in oven.
Cool on wire rack.
