Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken
    garlic salt
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 1/2 to 2 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Rinse chicken.
    Pat dry.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Melt butter.
    Add lemon juice and mustard.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting often.
