Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water mixed with 1 beef bouillon cube
    salt and pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    Mueller's wide noodles
Preparation
    Cut meat into quarter-inch cubes.
    Brown meat in olive oil. Then put onions and mushrooms in and saute them.
    Put tomato paste over that.
    Sprinkle flour over mixture, blend well.
    Add bouillon mixture, season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cover and let meat cook until tender, about 2 hours.
    Five to 10 minutes before serving, add sour cream and Mueller's wide noodles.
