Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. carrots, sliced thin diagonally
    generous dash rubbed sage
    1/4 c. water
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
Preparation
    Brown chops and drain off fat.
    Stir in soup, water, carrots, onion and sage.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add green pepper and cook 15 minutes more or until done.
