*Curabie 3(Butter Cookie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sweet butter (room temperature)
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. brandy
    1/4 c. almonds, toasted and chopped fine
    2 1/2 c. flour, unbleached
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whip the butter until light and fluffy.
    Add confectioners sugar
    and beat an additional 5 minutes.
    Add egg yolk, vanilla and brandy and beat for 10 minutes.
    Add almonds and flour and mix well.
    Knead for a few minutes.
    Pat dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut with cookie cutter.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Do not brown. Cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
