"Popeye" Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, cut in halves, cooked and bones removed
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, uncooked, thawed and drained
    2 cans cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. crumbled cornflakes
    1 pkg. grated cheese (medium Cheddar)
    butter
    parsley
Preparation
    Butter 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Place spinach in bottom. Put the cut-up chicken on top of spinach.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise and curry powder and mix well.
    Pour over chicken. Cover with a layer of grated cheese.
    Add layer of cornflakes. Dot with butter and parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Can be made earlier but add cornflakes just before baking.
