Skillet Rice And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 scallions
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. regular rice (uncooked)
    1 c. uncooked fine egg noodles
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. white onion (1/4 c. green)
Preparation
    Melt butter in large pan.
    Add white scallions, rice and noodles.
    Cook, stirring constantly, for about 6 minutes. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water; add to rice.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer for 20 minutes, covered. Serve.
