Tarolli(Boiled Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    8 Tbsp. oil
    8 pinches of salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 to 5 c. flour
    lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, salt and oil until thick and creamy.
    Add flour as needed.
    Knead at least 10 to 15 minutes.
    Roll dough into strips, the size of thumb thickness.
    Shape into rings.
    Have a pan of boiling water ready.
    Drop a few cookies at a time into water.
    Boil cookies about 3 minutes.
    Remove from the water.
    Put on cloth to dry for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
    Cut around the cookie with a sharp knife.
    Place on oven rack (not on cookie sheet). Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Frost with powdered sugar and lemon flavoring.
