Quick Casserole Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cans tomato sauce with mushrooms
    1/2 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 can peas
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and celery in skillet.
    Drain fat and stir in flour, sauce, seasonings and peas; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour into shallow baking dish.
    Top with biscuits and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
