Turkey Marsale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. turkey cutlet
    flour (to flour cutlets)
    sm. box fresh mushrooms
    oil
    1/4 bottle Marsale cooking wine
Preparation
    Flour cutlets; fry in oil until light brown.
    Slice mushrooms and fry in same pan as cutlets-add wine to mushrooms, and let stand a minute or two so mushrooms get wine flavor.
    Pour cutlets in mixture and simmer for 20 minutes.
