Chicken With Apricots And Prunes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    3/4 c. prunes
    1/2 c. dried apricots
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Place chicken breast halves, prunes, apricots, olive oil, wine, garlic, brown sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl large enough to marinate for several hours.
    (May be left overnight.)
    Remove chicken from marinade when ready to bake.
    Arrange in a shallow baking casserole dish and spread marinade on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice or mashed sweet potatoes.
    Makes 4 servings.
