Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. juice from pineapple
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 lb. lean ground ham
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine butter and sugar in a 9 x 5-inch pan.
    Drain pineapple reserving juice.
    Spread pineapple over bottom layer.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Press into prepared pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Invert loaf for serving.
