Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/5 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil (less if meat is greasy)
    hot pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Baking Temperature: 350\u00b0.
    Baking Time: 1 hour or more.
