Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles (about 9)
    2 garlic cloves, minced or 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
    1 medium onion or 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 well-beaten eggs
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese (6 thin slices)
    Parmesan cheese
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cook noodles by directions.
    Brown ground beef, drain and add seasonings (except parsley).
    Add tomato paste and water; simmer 5 minutes.
    Blend eggs and cottage cheese; set aside.
