Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. plain flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. pecans
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 jar marshmallow cream
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and cocoa.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add flour, coconut and nuts.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
While cake is hot, spread marshmallow cream.
Cool completely before adding icing.
