Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 9 inch pie shell
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup sausage, bacon or ham
1 1/4 cup half and half, light cream or milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Beat mixture of all ingredients except meat and cheese.
Then folk in cheese and meat.
Bake pie shell for 5 minutes at 450\u00b0 and then pour in mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
