Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. dry onion
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add beef, chicken or pork (2 1/2 pounds) kabobs.
    Marinate 24 hours.
    Cook about 20 minutes on grill.
    Put on skewers with peppers, onions and tomatoes.
