Crispy Oven Fried Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. V-8 Vegetable juice
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
2 1/4 lbs. skinned chicken parts
2 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 oz. corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp each: salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, oregano and ground cumin
Preparation

In a large shallow glass pan combine V-8 juice, hot sauce and chicken.
Marinate 30 minutes at room temperature or cover and refrigerate 3 hours.
Drain and discard marinade.
