Ingredients

6 c. peeled sliced apples
6 oz. can frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate (undiluted)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
cinnamon or apple pie spice to taste
1/4 c. margarine
double pie crust
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in apple juice concentrate.
Combine with apples, salt and spice.
Simmer together until thickened.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Dot with margarine and add top crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping.
