Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 shredded apple
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    These muffins are better if allowed to ripen for 24 hours.
