Nutty Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. soda
    peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, butter and syrup.
    Bring to
    a boil over medium heat and cook 5 minutes. Add soda and stir.
    In roasting pan, pour syrup mixture over popcorn.
    Stir until popcorn is well coated. Bake, stirring every 15 minutes.
