Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onions
    1 c. celery
    1 (32 oz.) bottle Del Monte ketchup
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. water
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Chop onions and celery.
    Cook, along with other ingredients, until thick.
    Stir often to prevent scorching.
    Use low to medium heat.
    You can use maple syrup if desired instead of brown sugar.
