Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. nut meats
Preparation
    Beat egg well; add sugar, flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add chopped apples and nuts.
    Bake in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
