Un Croque Madame - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2 pieces bread
1 piece cheese
1 slice ham

Preparation

Smear bread with butter.
Put 1 piece into a hot skillet with the butter facing the bottom.
Put cheese and ham and bread (butter side up).
Brown both sides.
Fry an egg and put it on top of the grilled open-faced ham and cheese sandwich.
