Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. turkey breast
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 minced green onions
    1/2 to 1 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Rub butter on skin.
    Season with paprika, salt and pepper.
    Scatter onions over all sides.
    Put turkey in roasting pan.
    Pour wine and broth in bottom of pan (1/2 inch liquid in bottom).
    Roast about 1 1/2 hours until 160\u00b0 to 165\u00b0 on meat thermometer or until liquid runs clear.
    Baste during roasting.
