Chocolate Covered Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. warm water
    15 drops peppermint oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into flat shapes the size of quarter and place on a cookie sheet.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Melt one 12 ounce bag semi-sweet chips and paraffin in a double boiler and dip to coat.
    Place on waxed paper to dry.
