Sweet 'N' Sour Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 large red pepper, seeded and cut in strips
    1 lb. large shrimp, shelled with tail section intact, deveined
    1/2 c. sweet and sour or duck sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
    1 bunch green onions, trimmed, cut in 2 inch lengths
    4 c. cooked white rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place sesame seed on baking sheet; bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    In large skillet, over medium high heat, heat 2 tablespoons salad oil.
    Add pepper strips and shrimp; saute 2 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
    Stir in sweet and sour sauce, pineapple, water chestnuts, green onions, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the sesame seed; heat through.
    Serve over rice. If desired, garnish with green onions.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
