Fruited Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
15 regular size tea bags
1/4 c. mint leaves or 1/4 tsp. dried mint leaves
2 c. sugar
8 Tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
twist of lime
1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice
water (enough to make 1 gal.)
Preparation

Bring water to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add tea bags and mint leaves; cover and steep for 6 minutes.
Discard tea bags. Combine tea mixture and remaining ingredients.
Stir well.
Let \"set up\" overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
This enhances the flavor.
Yield:
1 gallon.
