Play Dough(Eatable) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
several drops food coloring

Preparation

In saucepan mix all ingredients, stirring constantly until mixture comes away from the side of pan.
Put on smooth surface and knead immediately.
