Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard (if desired)
    1 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Cook in double boiler (or in saucepan on medium heat) until it comes to a boil and thickens.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool.
    Store in refrigerator.
