Pan Seared Salmon With Papaya Lime Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (8 oz.) salmon fillets
    flour (for dusting)
    salt and pepper
    olive oil (for pan sear)
    3 papayas, peeled and diced
    1 jalapeno pepper
    3 limes (juice)
    1 red pepper
    2 oz. raspberry vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat saute pan with oil until smoking.
    Dust salmon in seasoned flour and pan sear in oil until brown on both sides. Transfer to sheet pan and finish in a 350\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes.
