Oven-Fried Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. chicken legs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt shortening in small pan and set aside.
    In paper bag, mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Put 3 or 4 chicken legs in paper bag at a time and shake to coat chicken.
    Arrange flour-coated chicken in a single layer in ungreased baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Drizzle the melted shortening on chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
