Mom'S Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk or 1 Tbsp. vinegar in 1 c. milk, or 1 c. buttermilk)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    With electric mixer, beat 1 egg.
    Add milk.
    Add remaining ingredients as you continue mixing.
    Cook in electric skillet or frying pan (nonstick surface or lightly oiled) at 360\u00b0.
    I cook 4 pancakes at a time (approximately 2 tablespoons of batter for each).
    Flip over with a spatula when batter is covered with bubbles on top side.
    Cook another minute or so after flipping. Makes approximately 14 pancakes (3 to 4 inches in diameter).
