Twin Mountain Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter together.
    Add egg.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Add flour mixture alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
    Blend well.
    Bake in greased tins at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    (If any shortening other than butter is used, increase salt to 1/2 teaspoon.)
