Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    approximately 2 Tbsp. oil
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Heat a 9 x 9-inch or 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish with its bottom covered with oil in oven at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until hot.
    Mix flour, milk, eggs and salt with an electric mixer and add to heated baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until brown (approximately 30 minutes).
