Lemon-Dijon Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3 Tbsp. country-style Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    6 (4 oz.) boned, skinned chicken breast halves
    vegetable cooking spray
    lemon slices (optional)
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs and lemon rind in a zip-top plastic bag, shaking well to mix.
