Sausage N' Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sage flavored pork sausage
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    6 level Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 qt. pasteurized milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of red pepper
    Angel Biscuits
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into large heavy frypan.
    Cook over medium-low heat.
    Add onion and cook until sausage becomes brown.
    Discard all but 3 tablespoons of drippings.
    Stir in flour.
    Cook over medium-low heat.
    Stir in milk and add seasoning.
    Cook, stirring, until thickened.
