Pineapple Jello Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz. size)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
Preparation
    Make Jell-O using 1 cup hot water.
    Add this to the drained pineapple slices in the can (you will have some Jell-O left over). Place can in refrigerator overnight.
    To unmold, remove bottom of can, loosen sides with a knife and push out.
    Cut into slices. Red and green make a pretty plate at Christmas.
