Creole Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. wieners, cut in thin slices
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomatoes, slightly drained
    1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Brown wieners, onion and pepper in skillet with margarine on medium-high heat.
    Add tomatoes, soup and seasonings.
    Cover and bring to steaming on high.
    Turn to low for 15 minutes.
    (Serve over steamed rice or in a ring of mashed potatoes.)
